Ooredoo Nojoom is our exclusive rewards programme for our most valued customers. Membership is available for both Shahry postpaid and Mousbak prepaid customers and is the customer loyalty experience that offers unmatched value, premium recognition and unique rewards. We want to thank you for being loyal to Ooredoo and we’ll reward you every time you make a bill payment or recharge, whether it’s for a mobile or fixed line number.
Ooredoo has tied-up with a wide range of partners in order to bring you a world of exciting privileges and we’ll continue to deliver better quality, more benefits and greater value in the months to come.
It has two components – Points and Membership Status.
How to connect to the programme?
Once you subscribe to the programme, you will immediately start earning your points and will be able to check your points balance. You can subscribe to the programme in one of two ways:
- Ooredoo Oman application: Ooredoo Oman is a new Ooredoo Self Care application available on IOS, Android and as web app for all other smartphones. The Nojoom Programme has its own section within the Oredoo Oman app, where you can view your Nojoom balance, redeem points through Ooredoo services and partner services and where exclusive discounts are available.

Once the OoredooOman application is downloaded, there are 2 easy steps to get started:
USSD: Customers wishing to enrol through USSD can do so by following these simple steps:
- Click “Register”. For existing users, your login credentials are same as your old “MyNawras” username and password. If you do not remember your username, please call our Contact Center on 1500. If you remember your username but not your password, please click the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password.
- To join Nojoom, click on the Nojoom programme section of the self-care app and click Subscribe.
Who is eligible for the programme?
Every Ooredoo consumer customer on prepaid or postpaid. Qualifying payments can be for recharging or making payments for one of Ooredoo’s services; these can be voice calls, SMS, MMS and data.
