Goodwill Journey 3

The Ooredoo Goodwill Journey is the most well-known activity undertaken by Ooredoo as part of its corporate social responsibility. Ooredoo Goodwill Journey 3, will continue to build upon the work carried out previously, by once again reaching out to charitable and voluntary associations across the Sultanate during Ramadan

This year, a team of Ooredoo volunteers will travel in a convoy of Ooredoo branded cars across Oman, providing different charitable organisations with carefully chosen donations, and spending time with the members and beneficiaries of the organisations concerned.

The Ooredoo Goodwill Journeys were aptly summarised by the Al Wafa Voluntary Association’s Co-Coordinator in Bahla, who put the following heartfelt words in a letter to Ooredoo:

“Not many can understand the feeling of those who are not always able to enjoy a normal life like others, and only those who take an extra step to come really close to them, might understand the sense of difficulty felt by our children with special needs. This is an example of the work done by Ooredoo who chose to uncover the life of those children and decided to share with them the joy of life for a moment and get very close to their heart.”
