Ooredoo turned the spotlight on women’s empowerment once again, celebrating the 24th graduation of Springboard. Held under the patronage of H.E. Hussein bin Mohammed Al Lawati, Member of the Shura Council representing Muttrah, more than 20 graduates from government, private and independent sectors proudly walked the stage, each ready to take the next bold step in their career and in life.
Designed by women, for women, Springboard continues to shape bright, confident leaders across Oman. Across three to four months, participants dived into workshops, real-life projects and mentorship sessions designed to boost confidence, sharpen skills and spark new ambitions.
Since its inception, over 8,000 women have benefited from the initiative, making it one of Ooredoo’s most impactful CSR programmes. Participants have joined from a wide range of organisations, including the Ministry of Health, the Shura Council, Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, National Archives Authority, OQ Group, and the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, among others.
Springboard is a movement, inspiring women to lead with purpose and make their mark in line with Oman Vision 2040. Because when women rise, Oman rises with them.
