During busy months such as financial end year, conferences or final year exams, entities usually require additional bandwidth that may exceed their daily requirements therefore this would be the most ideal option opt for.

Business customers will be able to burst to double their speed and this extra bandwidth is guaranteed.So if you have a 2Mb service, you will be guaranteed 4Mb for as long as you need it.

This feature is offered to our Ooredoo Internet Enterprise (OIE) customers therefore in order to have access to it, you must be a subscriber to the OIE service.

Since you may not need to burst each month, the service is offered only when you need it. Simply request an order form from your account manager in order to have the option to burst. There is a monthly recurring charge, as this is offered on an annual contract basis.

Yes, business customers must sign an order form and provide three weeks notice in advance to activate this service on your existing business internet plan.

No, the team will make sure that customers are able to double their bandwidth as they are signed to an annual contract. Customers do not need to do anything on the start date.

You are able to burst as many times as you require and you will be charged as indicated in the tariffs table.

Yes, in order to be charged for 10 days you must only burst within a 10 day period, regardless of the time of the month you’re in.

Yes, you can exceed whenever you require additional speed at whatever day of the month. You will be charged within the 10, 20 and 30 day frame.

From the first day you exceed your limit up to the next 9 days you will be charged the first amount. If you exceed your bandwidth for more than 10 days, you will be charged the price for the 20 day burst. Similarly, if you exceed your bandwidth for more than 20 days you will be charged the cost of bursting for 30 days.

Yes, once you exceed your limit the charges will be applied to your bill.

No. There is a fixed additional charge per 10 days. For example, if you burst on the 1st of the month and continue bursting throughout the next 10 day period you will be charged 1 fixed amount for the entire 10 days. If you exceed the 10 days, you will be charged one fixed amount for the 20 day period. If you exceed the 20 days, you will be charged one fixed amount for the 30 day burst. Therefore, there will only be 3 charges for the 3 options of time frame you can burst. You are not charged for each time you burst on a daily basis.
