Ooredoo offers fixed number portability (FNP) service in Oman. The introduction of this service gives business customers the opportunity to keep their existing numbers when joining Ooredoo from another telecommunications operator.

Port in fixed numbers (individual numbers and/or sequence block of numbers) to Ooredoo and keep the same number.

  • FNP is offered to all subscribers of fixed telephone service subject to regulatory requirement, regardless of whether the customer is an individual or a business, prepaid or postpaid.
  • Fixed numbers with suspend or terminate status are not allowed for porting process.
