    • Early Termination Charges: ETC will be the unpaid remaining monthly recurring charges of the bundle in service contract.
    • Warranty & Support (During contract)
      • Packages with 2, 4 and 8 Camera Bundle: Back to Ooredoo office.
      • Packages with16 Camera and above Ooredoo will provide maximum of 2 visits for repair and support.
    • Installation / Configuration: Free within Muscat Governorate
    • Exclusions:
      • Site layout / design diagram to be provided by customer for cable routing.
      • Special civil works such as opening, cutting and painting gypsum ceilings and other special arrangements are not included.
      • Electrical points need to be provided by customer.
      • Free site should be made available for installation and configurationt.
      • Mounting shelf or cabinet space to be provided by customer.
      • HDMI/VGA and Ethernet cables to be provided by customer.
      • TV screen / Monitor to be provided by customer for displaying the Camera images.
      • Cable length for each CCTV camera is 15 metres.
      • Cable cost for additional metres is OMR 0.800 per metre.
      • Civil and electrical work are excluded.
