    • Customers are required to comply with all the Know- your- Customer (KYC) mandates of Oman. It is customer’s responsibility to furnish all documents required by the regulators
    • Customers are responsible for their own operating system, database management and administration. Ooredoo’s responsibility is limited to provisioning of the desired OS or database systems in the cloud infrastructure Customers are provided with access to the Self- Service portal only after fulfilling the KYC norms
    • Customers are responsible for the hosted content and are required to undertake that they comply with all relevant regulations of Oman
