Notes

  • Customers can activate this data plan multiple times.
  • Customers can re-subscribe to a bundle without needing to cancel the previous bundle.
  • Only the last subscribed to weekly/monthly plan will auto renew.
  • Pay-As-You-Go 10 Bz/MB charges will be applied if you do not have an existing active data plan.
  • Please note all data plans are for local data use only.
  • Customers will receive an SMS notification of their national data use at 80% and 100% of data consumption.

  • Any usage after the included volume will be charged at the Out of Bundle (OOB) rates.
  • Our cost control plans are available for Business Customers only.
  • Cost control plans are available for all monthly data add-ons except:
    • 500 MB monthly data add-on
    • 3 GB monthly Business Data add-on
    • More Data add-ons.
  • Customers opting for cost control plans are required to pay a control fee of OMR 1 per month, in addition to the monthly recurring fees.
  • Cost control plans are capped at 64kbps after the quota is reached and there will be no charges after that point.
  • Business Data add-ons allow customers to restrict usage of their data to business relevant apps and websites only.
  • The following is a list of apps and websites included as part of the Business Data add-on:
    • WhatsApp
    • Email - Outlook, Gmail
    • Twitter
    • LinkedIn
    • Facebook (without video streaming).
  • More Data add-ons are one time, to be available to customers who are on one of the Shahry Business Packs (5, 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100) or those who have subscribed to monthly data add-ons.
  • More Data is available to customers when they run out of their data quota.
  • More Data is valid until the next renewal date for monthly data add-ons, if applicable. Otherwise, it will be valid until the next bill cycle date of the base plan.
