      1. The Offer is available to both New & Existing SME customers who subscribe to 1/2 years contract plan
      2. The promotion is valid for a limited period of three months from the launch date
      3. Customer will be automatically enrolled in auto-renewal by default, ensuring uninterrupted service and continued speed benefits
      4. The service will be automatically renewed by default unless the customer requests its cancellation
    • Offer Details:

        New Customers:

      1. Enjoy a three-month free trial of Double Speed
      2. After the free period, customers will automatically continue with the upgraded speed at the applicable monthly charge unless they opt out:
        • Maktabi 29.5: Upgrade from 20 Mbps to 40 Mbps for an additional 5 OR monthly
        • Maktabi + 50.5:Upgrade from 60 Mbps to 120 Mbps for an additional 10 OR monthly

        Existing Customers:

      1. Customer on current Maktabi plans who wish to increase their bandwidth must request the promotion via their Account manager or visit Ooredoo Stores.
      2. A new 1/2 years contract is required to avail of the offer
      3. Customer will automatically continue with higher speed plan unless they opt out :
        • Maktabi 29.5: Upgrade from 20 Mbps to 40 Mbps for an additional 5 OR monthly
        • Maktabi + 50.5:Upgrade from 60 Mbps to 120 Mbps for an additional 10 OR monthly
    • Auto-Renewal Policy :
      1. Customer will be automatically enrolled in auto-renewal by default to ensure smooth experience, after taking the customers consent.
      2. Auto-renewal will continue indefinitely until the customer requests cancellation
      3. Cancellation of auto-renewal will revert the customer to the standard Maktabi plan without the double-speed benefit
      4. Customer upgrading from 4G to 5G will receive a free 5G modem
      5. Service availability is subject to network coverage and Ooredoo Fair Usage Policy
      6. An Early termination free of OMR 76 applies for early termination of contract, or downgrade
