  • New/Existing Customer can subscribe to any current More Data Add-On bundles
  • If customer reach the data threshold before the end of billing cycle, the speed will reduce to 5 Mbps
  • At this speed, customer will still be able to browse, however high bandwidth applications and services will be affected and may be subject to buffering
  • Customer will receive SMS notification when included data quota reaches 80% threshold and once 100% consumed
  • Switching between contracts and moving between plans is allowed, with no early termination charge (ETC)
  • If Customer terminate the contract within the contract period, an ETC will be applied
  • The ETC will be pro-rated on the remaining months of the contract period (Remaining months/12) *2 month MRC) applicable only for the first 12 months
  • 5G SME Internet contract is set to 24-month auto-renew
  • To disable auto renewal, please visit your nearest Ooredoo store
  • Change location option will remain the same
  • To change your location, please visit your nearest Ooredoo store A fee of OMR 5 will be charged
  • One-time installation charge OMR 10 will be applied for outdoor installation only
