There is one Email Everywhere – Global plan.

• The price of the Email Everywhere – Global plan varies based on the Ooredoo Business Mobile Broadband plan that you’re on in Oman.
• The larger the Mobile Broadband data plan, the cheaper Email Everywhere – Global will be for you.
• If you’re on any of our Mobile Broadband data plans above 10GB, then Everywhere -Global will be free of charge once per month.

Simply match the Business Mobile Broadband data plan that you’re currently on with the first column, and then check the right column to know your monthly subscription for Email Everywhere – Global.

Please note:

• Email Everywhere – Global monthly subscription fees are added on top of the Mobile Broadband data plan fees as given above.
• If you are a heavy email user and need more than our allocated email bundle, then you can add extra bundles at a cost of RO 15 per extra Email Everywhere – Global bundle.

• Email Everywhere – Global is only available to customers on Ooredoo Business plans.
• Email Everywhere – Global is available on Shahry 3, Shahry Business Packs (5, 10, 20 and 30) and on Business Mousbak.
• The price of Email Everywhere – Global depends on the domestic Mobile Broadband plan that you are on. The higher the Mobile Broadband plan you choose, the less the Email Everywhere – Global pack will cost you. If you are on a plan of 10GB or more domestically, the Email Everywhere – Global pack will be free for you once per month.
• If you have a data plan active with a Shahry Business Pack (SBP) then the price you’ll pay for Email Everywhere – Global will always be the lower of the two potential prices. E.g. A business on SBP30 with 1GB will pay RO3 pm for Email Everywhere – Global and not RO9 because the price is driven by the Shahry subscription.
• If you change your domestic MBB plan during the month, then your charge for Email Everywhere – Global for that month will be applied pro-rata.
• Email Everywhere – Global is FREE for customers on 10GB or more, but you’ll still need to add it to your service. It will not be added by default.
• You’ll receive a notification by text message when you’ve reached 80% and 100% of your quota.
• International roaming must be activated before you can use Email Everywhere – Global. Switching roaming on is subject to a minimum credit limit.
• You’ll receive an instant SMS message when you activate the Email Everywhere – Global product.
• If you use up all of your Email Everywhere – Global quota before the end of the month, then you can always top up and “re-buy” the quota again (the best way is via USSD). When you buy the quota for the second time (or more) per month, the expiry date is not affected; it stays the same as the initial expiry of your first Email Everywhere – Global plan.
• The pricing and quota size for the second and third top up and “re-buy” Email Everywhere – Global add on is always RO15, even if the initial plan was free for you.

Firstly, you need to have International roaming enabled on your Ooredoo Business Mobile service.

Next, you need to make sure that you switch on the International roaming option on your handset. Please take a look at your ‘Settings’ menu to find out how. With these two things in place, you can now add Email Everywhere – Global in the following ways:

Email Everywhere Global works automatically with Yahoo, Microsoft, and Gmail. For companies using MS exchange mail servers we will need to configure our service to work with your system, don’t worry this will be done in 48 hours or less.
