Our Global M2M service enables asset owners to manage their operations by using our internet roaming SIM to locate, track, transact and manage security with peace of mind, free from roaming charges.

Requirements

  • All activations to be registered under the company name
  • Company Registration Number (CRN) and relevant company documents
  • An official service request letter from the company, specifying the product plan and guaranteeing to settle M2M related invoices to Ooredoo.
  • GCC and Global M2M works as an add-on for local M2M
  • Product will have one bill for all SIM cards
  • Free SIM replacement for lost/damaged SIM cards
  • Migration between M2M packages is only applicable once the minimum and/or maximum number of SIM cards per package is met
  • Migration between the packages will be applied at the end of the bill cycle
  • Barring and unbarring is applicable at account level
  • Termination of the product will be at the account level (i.e. per SIM card).
  • Termination of the product at any time.
  • Ooredoo Account managed companies can sign up via their account manager.
