How to get this offer?

Go to you Ooredoo App or visit your nearest Ooredoo store, contact your account manager or call the Business call center on 1503.

How to subscribe?

Step 1: Go to home page

Step 2: Then go to My Plan tab You will see your available credit. You need to have enough balance to buy the plan. This this screen, you can click on Recharge and recharge your credit balance. If you do have credit, click on plans, above.

Step 3: Step 3: Now you choose the plan, you have options from to choose weekly plans and 4 weeks plans. Starting from 2 RO with amazing benefits.

Step 4:Now is “Check out”, Note that you need to choose the payment method and agree on terms and conditions. If you have balance you have the option to use it. Or you can use your credit/debit card

Step 5: Now is “you are ready to use”, Your plan is active and you can start to call and use data. Note that you can check your consumption from my plan tab. You can always buys plans as you go and enjoy your data and minutes.

Terms & Conditions
  • 25% bonus data will be calculated based on customer’s open data.
  • Customers will get 25% bonus data on their successful 2nd and onward subscription as long as they subscribe before expiry of first plan.
  • International minutes is for selected destination only which are (India, Pakistan & Bangladesh) and it can also be used to make local calls.
  • Pay As You Go (PAYG) will be charged if you plan expire
FAQ's
Yes, it is renewed automatically, but you have an option to make it one-time

Yes, it you can subscribe multiple times to multiple plans (not specific to the active plan you have)

Both plans will be active and you can use both benefits until the new plan expiry.

You will continue to enjoy your benefit until the expiry date. However, you need subscribe again to if you want to continue enjoying the benefits of Hala Business Plans. Otherwise, you will charged PAYG.

Then, we advise you to upgrade the plan to higher plan. Otherwise, we will charge PAYG and we will take from your main balance.

You can recharge them from the following channels:

  • Self Service Machine (SSM)
  • Mobile App (Credit Cards and Debit Cards)
  • Scratch Cards
  • All Payment Gateways for Ooredoo in the banks

Consumption will starts from the plans that expires first.
