Self-service facility for business customers

Priority call-handling and self service facilities when you call us.

Call our customer service centre on 1503 from your Ooredoo mobile number and enter your unique PIN which identifies you as a priority customer. This new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is capable of recognising you either as an administrator or as an employee for your company, enabling your call to be attended to on a priority basis and giving you a the following self-service facilities:*

  • PUK enquiry
  • Bill enquiry
  • Change passcode
  • Reset passcode
  • Unbar requests

How do you get this service?

  • This is an automated service that is offered free of charge to all of our valued business customers.
  • New customers joining Ooredoo Business Solutions will be assigned a unique PIN at the time of SIM card activation, which will be sent via email or SMS.
  • If you are an existing business customer and have not yet received your PIN, please contact your designated account manager or email business@ooredoo.om to request your unique PIN.

* Self service facilities are based on customer status as registered in our system at the time of SIM card activation (eg. Telco admin or Employee of company X)
