When do I become eligible for Nojoom Points?

After 3 months from the activation date of your Shahry (Postpaid) account.

When will I start earning Nojoom points?

3 months after subscribtion to the loyalty program.

When will the points be added ?

The next cycle bill

I paid my bill today and my points have not been added yet?

Points are added if payment is done through any of the available Ooredoo channels (App - Stores- Self Service Machines). Once the bill cycle is issued points will be added.

I have a Hala plan, did a recharge and didn’t receive any points?
