  • Premium content on VIU is not free, you will need to pay separately to watch any premium content.

  • Stream On is an add-on, available to prepaid and postpaid customers with monthly data plans only.
  • Any data used for internet or content access (such as advertisements and web analytic tools) other than for Stream On will be from your rate plan data quota and not from your Stream On.
  • If you click on another URL, you will be charged under normal data use with the normal existing data use rules in place.
  • The speed is managed at 600 Kbps. YouTube will detect this and assign a resolution automatically.
  • A system cannot have two Stream On products running at the same time.
  • If you migrate from prepaid to postpaid, you will automatically loose the Stream On service.
  • If you migrate from postpaid to prepaid, you will automatically loose the Stream On service.
  • If you are a prepaid customer and unsubscribe from a monthly data plan, you will lose your Stream On subscription.

Stream On allows mobile internet users to subscribe and and enjoy full access to their favorite content providers; YouTube & VIU, without using their data plan.

Customers will be given a separate unlimited data allocation for all Stream On streaming partners; YouTube and VIU. All video streaming from our partners will be deducted from this unlimited data.

Dial the following activation codes from your handset and follow the instructions:

  • Postpaid customers – *141*700#
  • Prepaid customers -*141*600#

For prepaid subscribers, dial *141*600*1 and your Stream On will be disabled after 24 Hours.

No. Use outside of video streaming on the supported content providers will not be covered under Stream On.

For best performance, leave any video streaming set to its default resolution setting, as most video applications will automatically adapt to Stream On. Attempting to set your video streaming service to a specific resolution may degrade performance and lead to buffering.

If you stream through WiFi, your resolution defaults to the highest available based on the internet service speed.
