There are several reasons that 5G will be better than 4G:

5G speed depends on many different factors. However, upload speed ranges between around 10 Mbps and 50 Mbps.
5G, like its predecessors (2G, 3G & 4G), uses electromagnetic waves and has similar characteristics to them. Due to increased bandwidth, it provides a better experience to the end user, but as it uses a high frequency spectrum, i.e. 3.5 GHz, it is more sensitive to indoor wall penetration and deep indoor coverage.
Like any wireless technology, more users on cell the will result in a drop in speed. But since the channel size is bigger with 5G technology, it provides significantly increased capacity and is able to accommodate a large number of users.
