General terms

• O Plus AI is offered with a 12 month commitment contract.
• Data rollover is applicable for O Plus AI 15 and above. You can carry over unused flexi data from your bundle to the next month. This unused data can only be rolled over once and must be used during that month or it will expire. During the rollover month, your bonus and flexi data allowance will be used first, followed by the rolled-over data.
• Included internet can be used locally or in other Roam Like Home countries endlessly up to the FUP. Once the FUP is reached, you will still enjoy local internet endlessly at a reduced speed of 512 Kbps.
• Bonus data is for local use only and valid for 12 months.
• Bonus data is for new customers and customers who upgrade their plan.
• Calls to premium numbers/short codes are not included in the plans.
• Digital Benefits: Based on the selected O Plus AI plan, you can choose a number of digital benefits from the list in the Ooredoo App. If you choose a gift card, the discount will be reflected in your bill.
• Keep your account active and your bills paid on time to continue enjoying this benefit without interruption. You can easily manage your subscription or unsubscribe any time through our App.
• Ooredoo reserves the right to add, remove or modify the list of content providers for your digital benefits.
• You can activate your free ChatConnect subscription in the Ooredoo App on O Plus AI 16 and above. You will get 2,000 credits to use for free.
• Customers can top up their ChatConnect credits (2000 Credits) in the ChatConnect App. The top up costs OMR 2 and is added to your bill.
• ChatConnect is available as a digital add-on for customers on O Plus AI 10, O Plus AI 12 and O Plus AI 15 for OMR 2, valid for 30 days.
• ChatConnect is available as a digital add-on for customers on old plans and no-contract plans (O Plans) for OMR 3, valid for 30 days.
• In case of an O Plus AI plan downgrade, termination, change to prepaid or change of ownership during the contract period, an early termination fee applies and is calculated as follows: 2 x monthly O Plus AI plan fee x (remaining number of months of contract / 12).
• O Plus AI 100 customers are eligible to receive an OMR 200 device voucher upon completing 12 consecutive months on the same plan.

• For O Plus AI: Use your main internet and voice locally and in the GCC and other countries (31 countries).
• For O Plans: Use your main internet and voice locally and in the GCC.
• Roam Like Home FUP is:
  • Data: 10 GB monthly and 1 GB daily.
  • Voice: 15 min daily and 30 min monthly.
• The minutes include making calls within the destination you are visiting, calling back to Oman, and receiving calls. However, it does not include international calls.
• Roaming partners and the FUP are subject to change.

• Roam like Home in O Plus AI 10, O Plus AI 12/O Plans AI is only applicable to GCC destinations.

• For O Plus AI 25 to 100: the included minutes are to make local calls and calls to the GCC, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh (fair usage policy for the GCC is 1,000 minutes; fair usage policy for India, Pakistan and Bangladesh is 1,000 minutes for all or 500 minutes to one destination).
• For O Plus AI 10 to 20: the included minutes are to make local calls and calls to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh (Fair Usage Policy for India, Pakistan and Bangladesh = 500 minutes for all or 250 minutes to one destination).
