1. Mesh device instalments are applicable for all new and existing Home Internet customers applying for 24-month contracts.

2. Up-front payment: May be required based on the instalment plan.

3. Early Termination Fee of device instalment means the total remaining amount to be paid for the instalment plan along with any upfront discounts.

4. Where there is a conflict between the provisions of these Special Conditions and the provisions of the general Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Special Conditions shall prevail.

5. When Ooredoo provides you with an instalments plan:

• We require you to commit for the minimum commitment period.
• Customers choosing to opt out of device instalments before the instalment period ends will have to pay the remaining instalment amount along with up-front discounts, if any.
• If you upgrade or change your plan, your instalment scheme will continue until you reach the minimum commitment period.
• If you upgrade or change your plan, your instalment scheme will continue until you reach the minimum commitment period.
