Ooredoo strongly believes in providing exceptional customer service to everyone, regardless of their abilities or communication preferences. With that in mind, we have recently implemented a new program which aims to improve our customer service for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.

In an effort to create a more inclusive and accessible environment, we have trained a team of dedicated customer service representatives in sign language. This team has undergone extensive training to ensure that they can effectively communicate with our customers who use sign language as their primary means of communication through video calls.

Our goal is to bridge the communication gap and provide a seamless customer experience for all. We understand that effective communication is key to building strong relationships with our valued customers, and we believe that this initiative will greatly enhance our ability to do so.

We are excited to offer this service as part of our commitment to inclusivity and equality. By providing access to customer support in sign language, we hope to empower our deaf and hard of hearing customers, allowing them to communicate effortlessly and confidently with our team.
