Note: Installation usually takes 3 weeks, but may take longer in some cases e.g. network or technical issues.

  • New customers in rural areas are eligible for this plan.
  • Satellite Fixed Internet plans are only available as Shahry (postpaid) plans.
  • If customers reach the threshold before the end of their billing cycle, the speed will reduce to 600 Kbps.
  • There are no ‘More Data add-on’ options.
  • You will receive SMS notifications when the included GBs fixed are fully used.
  • The modem and installation are provided free of charge.
  • If you terminate your contract within the contract period, an ETC will be applied (OMR 50)
  • Voice is not applicable
  • Download and upload speed are best efforts of up to 6 mbps/ 2mbps.
  • All other standard terms and conditions apply
  • Without prejudice to the penalties stipulated in the Telecommunications Regulatory Law, it is not permissible to redistribute internet services to connect outside of residential/commercial units. This is considered misuse of the provided service, which shall be punishable by law. In addition, the TRA and/or the Licensee reserves the right to suspend the service if it is found that there is any violation of this clause, and prohibit the delivery of the renewed service for a period of two (2) months.
