Now, you can choose your preferred number before going to the store for activation. We’ve just made it a whole lot easier for you!

Choose your preferred number through the Ooredoo webpage: www.ooredoo.om, where you will be able to select your preferred number:

•  Mobile

1. Vanity numbers

  • Diamond
  • Gold
  • Silver

2. Public numbers

•  Fixed

There is no payment required at the time of selection, only once you proceed with activating your new number.

  • Go to “Choose Your Preferred Number”
  • Proceed as follows:

Guest User steps

  • Go to my services
  • Click on “choose your preferred number”
  • Choose service type “Mobile/Fixed”
  • Enter the preferred number range. e.g. 22080000 to 22089999 or 95000000 to 95999999.
  • Or, search for the preferred number on the number patterns. e.g. 220*/220? Or 950*/950?.
  • Browse and select your preferred number
  • Enter the required information
  • Proceed with your selection
  • Head to your nearest store to activate your new number.

  • Log in
  • Go to “my services”
  • Click on “choose your preferred number”
  • Choose service type “Mobile/Fixed”
  • Enter the preferred number range. e.g. 22080000 to 22089999 or 95000000 to 95999999.
  • Or, search for the preferred number on the number patterns. e.g. 220*/220? Or 950*/950?.
  • Browse and select your preferred number
  • Proceed with your selection
  • Head to your nearest store to activate your new number.
  • Only 2 numbers can be selected at a time.
  • Customers will not be able to activate more than 10 lines under their ID.
  • Only an Omani ID and or resident card will be accepted.
  • Date of birth is mandatory, in order to verify all age restrictions for activation are met.
  • Once selected, the number will only be available for 24 hours.
  • Customers will not be able to select the same number more than twice.
