4	Previous month balance	This shows the total outstanding amount you didn’t pay from last month. It includes all services and VAT.
5	Received payment(s)	This shows any payment you made before this bill was created. It reduces what you need to pay.
6	Total monthly charges	This is the total cost of all services you used this month, including 5% VAT.
7	Total amount due	This is the final amount you need to pay after adding all charges and subtracting any payments or adjustments.
8	Current Tier	Your current tier in the Nojoom rewards program based on your usage.
9	Points Redeemed	The value of your Nojoom points used to reduce your bill.
10	Billing Survey [LINK]	A short survey to share your feedback on your billing experience.

3	Service description	The name of the service or plan you’re subscribed to.
4	Type of usage	This tells you what kind of service you used, like local calls, international calls, or data.
5	Discount name	Explains why a discount was given, such as a promotion or loyalty reward.
6	Sub total	This adds up all service charges, VAT, and subtracts discounts to show your total bill.
7	Adjustment description	Tells you the reason for any change or correction made to your bill.
8	Payment date	The date when your last payment was received.
9	Subject to VAT (5%)	Services where 5% Value Added Tax is added, as required by law.
10	Not subject to VAT	Services that are not subject to VAT.
11	Total	The complete bill amount including all services and 5% VAT.

11	General adjustment	These are fixes or updates made to your bill, either by the system or customer support.
12	Adjustment description	Tells you the reason for any change or correction made to your bill.
13	Total adjustment	This includes any changes made to your bill by the system or a support agent, like corrections or updates.
14	Payment date	The date when your last payment was received.
15	Total bill payments	The sum of all payments you’ve made for this billing period.
