How do I install a game/app?

You can install a game/app from Appspack when you have subscribed to the service and have an Internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Open Appspack, click on a game and then click “Install”.

What is Appspack?

Appspack is subscription based app store offered by Ooredoo, contanining a comprehensive list of app categories following all trends and accommodating all tastes. For a fixeddaily fee, you get unlimited access to hundreds of the best Android games and apps.

How can I subscribe to Appspack?

Click on the Menu icon in the top right corner, then click on “Join Club” and follow the on-screen instructions.

What is the cost of the Appspack subscription?

Upon subscribing to the Appspack service, you will have a 7 days free trial period. After the free week, you will be charged 200 baiza per day in order to have unlimited access to the whole platform of the apps. Your subscription can be terminated if you will request its cancellation

How do I pay for the subscription?

The payment is made periodically through your mobile bill service

How long is the Free Trial valid?

The Free Trial period is 7 days. By the end of the free period, you will be charged 200 baiza per day in order to enjoy the entire portfolio of available apps.

I have forgotten my username/password. What can I do?

You can send a SMS with the word PASSWORD to xxxxx. The SMS is free of charge. Then, you will receive a message confirming your username and password.

How can I rate an app?

When you select to view an installed app, you have the option to select the stars you want to give.

Who can access Appspack?

Appspack can be accessed by any user with different levels of access, depending on the user’s status.

  • Premium users have access to Appspack in full mode, all menus, all categories and unlimited access to all content. They are the ones who stay subscribed to the service and their daily charge is successfully paid.
  • Guest users can only browse the premium apps in guest mode with limited functionalities: no access to play the premium games, just view the titles and categories.
How many games/apps can I have on my smartphone?

While your subscription is active, you can download as many games/apps as you want. On average, the available games/apps are about 40 megabytes each. If you have 2 gigabytes of space free on your smartphone, it is possible to store approximately 50 applications.

Where do I find my installed games/apps?

Open the Appspack app, click on the Menu icon in the top right corner and then click on “My Apps”. Here you can find all games/apps that have been installed.

How do I uninstall a game/app?

Simply go to the specific game/app in the Appspack and click on the three dots on the “Open” button and then click “Uninstall”.

Why am I not able to download a game/app?

Should you encounter any issues downloading a game/app, check the following:

  • The storage space on your smartphone (game/app will not download if there is insufficient storage space on your smartphone).
  • Your Internet connection (a bad Internet connection can prevent a download from completing).
  • Under Settings > Security Device Administration, make sure the box next to “Unknown Sources” is checked. This allows installation of applications from sources other than the Google Play Store.
  • Your mobile balance (it may be insufficient and the subscription payment has failed)
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can send a SMS with the word STOP to xxxxx. The SMS is free of charge. Then, you will receive a message confirming your cancellation.

When I cancel my subscription, can I still use downloaded games/apps?

No. Games/apps are associated with your subscription. If you cancel the subscription, you can no longer use the installed games/apps.

When I uninstall Appspack, do I still get charged?

Yes. You will have to unsubscribe from the subscription service itself (Refer to “How do I cancel my subscription” above)
