  • I forgot my username/password for Brainiac App. What should I do?
    • If you've forgotten your username, you can log in to the web app using your mobile number and password instead. If you've forgotten your password, you can recover it using the "Forgot Password" option on the Login page.
  • From which devices can I access the game?
    • You can access the Brainiac web portal from your preferred device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop) as long as it is connected to the internet.
  • How can I unlock more games?
    • Every day that you have an active subscription to the service, you will unlock three games. You can unlock more game bundles in the "Games Store" of the web portal.
  • How can I see my score?
    • You can view the total points you have earned since your registration on your profile page.
