- Service will be available to both Ooredoo prepaid and postpaid mobile lines
- The above-mentioned tariffs are exclusive of VAT. A VAT of 5 % will be added to the prices.
- Customer will have the option to opt out at any time.
- Customers can complete the daily or One-time subscription to this service through SMS (by sending a specific predefined keyword to a short code)
- Customers can also subscribe through Web URLs.
- For Auto renewal subscription, customers would be explicitly informed that the service is auto-renewal and will take consent for the same. The customer will also be informed of the auto-renewal through an SMS once renewed.
Prizes
Two (2) types of prizes will be awarded to the subscribers of the InstaQuiz subscription service on a permanent basis:
Weekly Prizes: 1 subscriber will win cash worth OMR 100 every week
Monthly Prize: 1 subscriber will win cash worth OMR 200 every month
Weekly Prizes
- 1 subscriber will win cash worth OMR 100 every week
- Every 3 months subscribers will win cash worth OMR 100 in total
- There will be no Lucky winner i.e. No draws will be conducted for the winner selection. This is purely a skill-based game.
- The winner of the Weekly prize will be determined via the Top Scorer Mechanism. Each point that the user earns during the respective week (a week is defined from Sunday 00:00:00 until Saturday 23.59.59), corresponds to one entry
- Every week there will be 1 winner. The subscriber with the highest number of points in the whole week will be the winner.
- The winner of each weekly prize will get cash worth OMR 100.
- The winners will be notified via SMS or via call to their mobile number within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the official results. The name of the winner might be announced on the InstaQuiz Web app page, or via SMS to all subscribers of the Subscription Service.
Monthly Prize
- Monthly prizes will be awarded every last day of each month
- The winners of the Monthly Prize (cash) will be determined via Top Score Mechanism.
- No Lucky winner i.e. No draws will be conducted for winner selection
- Each point that the user earns during the respective month (a month is defined from the 1st day of each month 00:00:00 until the last day of each month 23.59.59), corresponds to one draw entry. The winner will be selected based on the highest point per month.
- Every month there will be 1 winner. The subscriber with the highest number of points in the whole month will be the winner. For example, If the promo starts on 1st January, then the winner will be announced on 1st Feb. The subscriber who will have the highest number of points at the end of 31st Jan will be the winner.
- Each Monthly Prize draw will determine 1 (one) winner for cash.
- The winner of each cash prize will get cash worth OMR 200.
- The winners will be notified via SMS or via call to their mobile number within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the official results. The name of the winner might be announced on the InstaQuiz Web app page, or via SMS to all subscribers of the Subscription Service.
The organizer shall be responsible for ensuring that gift distribution (Top Scorer Mechanism) is executed in such a way as to avoid any miss-clarification by the relevant authorities
